Velouté Artichaut Détox is an organic vegetable velouté (soup) made from water, artichokes, zucchini, celeriac, onions, topinambour, parsley, garlic, turmeric and thyme, packaged in a recyclable Tetra Pak brick. Classified in the fruits‑and‑vegetables and soup categories (PNNS groups), it carries a Nutri‑Score of A and falls in the NOVA 3 processing level, offering low fat, low sugars and modest fiber while containing a moderate amount of salt. The product is vegan, free from added preservatives, colourings or flavours, but it does contain celery as an allergen and may have trace amounts of gluten, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, milk, mustard, eggs, soy and nuts due to shared manufacturing lines.
