Boulgour, sold in a 500 g cardboard sleeve, is an organic whole‑grain wheat groat made from 100 % pre‑cooked cracked durum wheat. It belongs to the cereal and potato food group, carries a Nutri‑Score of A, is classified in NOVA group 3 and is free of added sugars, saturated fat and salt. While it provides high protein (12 g) and fiber (10.9 g) per 100 g, it contains gluten and therefore is not suitable for gluten‑intolerant consumers.
