Carrefour’s organic strawberry sorbet is a frozen dessert made primarily from 45% strawberry purée, water, cane sugar and rice syrup, marketed under the “Fraise” label. It falls into the Ice‑cream PNNS group, carries a Nutri‑Score of C and is classified as NOVA 4, indicating an ultra‑processed product that is low in fat, saturated fat and salt but high in sugars (23 g per 100 g) and modest in protein (0.5 g).
