HERTA TARTE EN OR Pâte Feuilletée is a ready‑to‑use puff pastry sheet made from refined wheat flour, water, vegetable oils (including palm and rapeseed), alcohol, leavening yeast, salt, lemon juice concentrate and gluten, placing it in the cereals food family (PNNS group: Cereals). It carries an excellent Nutri‑Score of A but is classified as ultra‑processed (NOVA 4), with moderate levels of fat and salt and low sugar, while the inclusion of palm oil, gluten and possible traces of milk, soy and mustard raise sustainability and allergen concerns. The product is vegetarian, free of added colourings, and is packaged in a recyclable cardboard box plus a thin plastic film, which can be returned to store for recycling.
