How does the high sugar content of this biscuit assortment affect a diabetic diet?

With 39.6 g of sugar per 100 g, the biscuits can cause a rapid increase in blood glucose, making them unsuitable for strict diabetic meal plans unless portion‑controlled and balanced with low‑glycaemic foods.

Is the almond ingredient in this product a concern for people with nut allergies?

Yes; the assortment lists almonds (approximately 0.2 % of the formulation) and therefore should be avoided by anyone with a tree‑nut allergy, as cross‑contamination with other nuts is also possible.
