Why is TRESOR Choco Roulette classified as ultra-processed (NOVA 4) and what specific additives does it contain?

The cereal is produced by extrusion and coating processes that involve refined flours, added sugars, and multiple food-additive ingredients; its additive list includes citric acid (E330), ascorbyl palmitate (E304i), vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol, E307), colorants such as annatto (E160b) and carotenoids (E160), soy lecithin (E322), and refined palm oil, all hallmarks of an ultra-processed product.

How does the high sugar content of TRESOR Choco Roulette affect a diabetic or hypertensive diet?

With 27 g of sugar per 100 g, the cereal can cause rapid blood-glucose spikes and added caloric load, making it unsuitable for diabetes management and potentially problematic for blood-pressure control, although its salt level (1.2 g) is below the average for cereals.

Is TRESOR Choco Roulette suitable for vegan, gluten-free, or keto diets?

No; it contains wheat flour (gluten), milk-derived ingredients (milk chocolate, skimmed milk powder, whey), and a high amount of sugar, so it is neither vegan, gluten-free, nor compatible with a low-carb/keto eating plan.
