Fèves extra-fines

Fèves extra-fines are frozen broad beans from France, classified in the vegetables group. They carry a Nutri-Score of A and are considered a moderately processed product (NOVA 3) because they are frozen, but they contain no additives and only a single ingredient. The beans are low in fat, saturated fat, sugar and salt, while providing a high amount of protein and dietary fiber, though a trace of celery may be present as an allergen.
