Elmex Sensitive is a 100 ml fluoride-based toothpaste designed to alleviate dentin hypersensitivity. Its core active ingredient, amine fluoride, reinforces enamel and blocks exposed dentin tubules while a mild silica abrasive cleans teeth without excessive wear, and the formula is free of harsh sulfates to reduce gum irritation. The product comes in a standard plastic tube for which recycling information is limited, and the strong mint flavor may be off-putting for some users.
