Is this shampoo safe for sensitive or dry scalps?

The formula contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate and fragrance, which can be irritating for very sensitive skin, but the presence of Panthenol, Glycerin and wheat protein provides moisturising benefits that may help dry hair; it is best suited for normal to oily scalps and should be tested on a small area if you have known sensitivities.

What benefits does Panthenol provide in this formula?

Panthenol, also known as pro‑vitamin B5, penetrates the hair shaft to improve moisture retention, add shine, and reduce breakage, resulting in softer, more manageable hair.

How often should the shampoo be used and does it contain any controversial chemicals?

It can be used 2–3 times per week or daily depending on hair condition; the product includes Sodium Laureth Sulfate, a common detergent some consumers find harsh, as well as synthetic fragrance and colorants, which are often avoided by those seeking gentler or fragrance‑free formulations.

The product is packaged in HDPE plastic with a recyclable cap, is marketed as vegan‑status unknown, and is free from palm oil.

Comparative Analysis

Positioned as a nutrient‑rich, reconstructive shampoo, it differentiates itself from standard cleansers by combining surfactants with panthenol, wheat protein and sunflower seed extract to target weakened hair strands.
