Total Protective Repair, a fortified toothpaste from Biorepair, combines zinc hydroxyapatite (microRepair) with gentle abrasives such as hydrated silica to strengthen enamel and polish teeth. The formulation also contains humectants (glycerin, sorbitol), mild surfactants (sodium myristoyl sarcosinate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate) and preservatives (phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, sodium benzoate), which may cause irritation for highly sensitive mouths. Packaged in a 75 ml tube of paper and plastic, the product offers comprehensive oral protection while including several synthetic additives that some consumers prefer to avoid.
