What types of windows or glass surfaces can the Pyrel fly trap stickers be safely applied to?

They are designed for clean, smooth glass such as standard windows, doors, and skylights; avoid textured, tinted, or coated surfaces where the adhesive may not bond properly or could damage the finish.

Are there any safety or toxicity concerns when using these fly trap stickers around children or pets?

The traps contain a non‑chemical attractant and a strong adhesive; while they are not toxic, small pieces can pose a choking hazard, so keep the stickers out of reach of young children and curious pets.

Is the packaging or the trap material recyclable or biodegradable?

The outer box is typically made of recyclable cardboard, but the trap backing is a thin plastic film with adhesive, which is generally not biodegradable and should be disposed of according to local plastic‑waste guidelines.

Product Insights

The Pyrel Fly Trap – Window Stickers are sold in a pack of four adhesive sheets that attach to glass surfaces to lure and capture flies without chemicals. They provide an easy, discreet way to reduce indoor fly activity, but the sticky backing can leave residue on windows and the traps are single‑use, requiring regular replacement. Designed for home use in France, they work best on clean, smooth glass and are not intended for long‑term pest management or for use on textured or coated surfaces.

Comparative Analysis

Unlike electric zappers or spray insecticides, these stick‑on fly traps offer a quiet, chemical‑free solution that adheres directly to windows, though they are less durable and need frequent changing.
