Is this soap suitable for sensitive, acne-prone, or dry skin?

The soap is generally gentle thanks to the moisturizing shea butter and olive oil, making it a good match for dry skin, but the presence of fragrance allergens like linalool, limonene and geraniol can trigger irritation in very sensitive or acne-prone individuals, so a patch test is recommended.

What is the role and benefit of shea butter in this formula?

Shea butter acts as a rich emollient that delivers deep hydration, reinforces the skin barrier, and supplies vitamins A and E, helping to soothe and protect the skin during cleansing.

How often should this soap be used and does it contain any controversial chemicals?

It can be used daily for body cleansing, but should be kept away from the eyes; the formula includes fragrance allergens (linalool, limonene, geraniol) and synthetic colorants (chromium oxide greens, iron oxides), which some consumers consider controversial, although there are no known carcinogenic ingredients.
