Ultra Sensitive Lip Care by Balea Med (dm) is a fragrance-free lip balm presented in an 8.5 ml tube that combines a high share of castor oil with panthenol and vitamin E to provide intensive moisturisation for delicate lip skin. The formula also contains stearyl and behenyl beeswax, octyldodecanol, and hydrogenated palm glycerides, which deliver a protective occlusive layer but introduce animal-derived ingredients and sustainability concerns that clash with its vegan labeling. While the absence of added colourings and perfume reduces irritation risk, the inclusion of citric acid and certain fatty alcohols may still provoke sensitivity in very reactive individuals.
