The Ultra Sensitive Mattierende 24 h‑Pflege is a fragrance‑free, paraben‑free cream formulated to give oily, acne‑prone skin a matte finish and long‑lasting hydration for up to 24 hours. It combines humectants such as glycerin and urea, soothing agents like panthenol, allantoin and Lactobacillus ferment, plus emollients including shea butter, sweet almond oil and tocopheryl acetate, while the matte effect is provided by ethylhexyl stearate and other synthetic esters. However, the formula also contains synthetic emulsifiers, preservatives such as caprylyl glycol and caprylhydroxyamic acid, and a modest amount of potentially comedogenic esters, which may be less suitable for very dry or highly reactive skin types.
