Why is High Protein Milk 60g classified as ultra‑processed (NOVA 4) and what specific additives does it contain?

The classification stems from the use of UHT heat treatment, the addition of milk protein concentrate, and multiple formulation steps that go beyond simple pasteurisation; however, the label reports zero additives, so no additive ingredients are listed.

How does the sugar and salt content of High Protein Milk 60g affect a diabetic or hypertensive diet?

With 4.4 g of sugars and 0.10 g of salt per 100 g, the product is lower in both sugar and sodium than typical milk, making it acceptable in moderation for people managing diabetes or high blood pressure, especially when paired with a balanced diet.

Is High Protein Milk 60g suitable for keto, vegan, halal, or gluten‑free diets?

The milk is not vegan because it contains dairy, but its low carbohydrate level (4.4 g) fits keto guidelines, it is gluten‑free as no grain ingredients are present, and halal suitability depends on the source of the milk and processing certification, which is not indicated on the label.
