Is this specific formula suitable for all life stages or specific breeds of dogs?

The kibble is marketed for healthy adult dogs and is not specifically formulated for puppies, lactating bitches, senior dogs, or breeds with known protein sensitivities; most adult breeds can be fed this product, but owners of dogs allergic to lamb or poultry should avoid it.

What is the primary protein source in this food, and how does its grain‑free nature affect pet digestion?

The primary proteins are fresh lamb (26%) and dehydrated poultry (25%); the grain‑free composition replaces cereals with peas and other legumes, providing digestible fiber but potentially higher levels of certain carbohydrates that can be harder for some dogs to tolerate, while the added digest poultry and probiotic Enterococcus faecium help support digestion.

Are there common pet allergens present, and what feeding guidelines should owners follow?

Lamb and poultry are common allergens for dogs, and peas can also trigger sensitivities; owners should introduce the kibble gradually over 7–10 days, monitor for itching or gastrointestinal upset, and feed the amount recommended on the package based on the dog's weight and activity level.

Product Insights

These grain‑free dog kibble are formulated for dogs and feature fresh lamb (26%) and dehydrated poultry (25%) as the main protein sources, complemented by peas, salmon oil and a blend of vegetables and fibers. The formula provides beneficial omega‑3 fatty acids, antioxidants from rosemary and turmeric, and a probiotic Enterococcus faecium to support skin, coat and gut health. However, the product is an ultra‑processed, highly refined diet that includes synthetic vitamins, minerals, a stabilizer (bentonite) and a range of processed plant powders, which may be a concern for dogs with food sensitivities or owners seeking a more natural diet.
