Garnier's All-in-One Micellar Water is a 400 ml, ready-to-use cleansing liquid that removes makeup, dirt and oil by trapping them in microscopic surfactant spheres (micelles). It is formulated to be gentle enough for daily use on most skin types, but the inclusion of fragrance and possible alcohol can cause irritation for highly sensitive or dry skin. While it offers the convenience of a single-step cleanse, heavy or waterproof makeup may still require a secondary cleaning product for complete removal.
