Is this formula suitable for all life stages or specific to adult non‑sterilised cats?

The product is marketed for non‑sterilised cats and is best suited to adult felines; it does not meet the specific nutritional requirements of growing kittens or senior cats, so a life‑stage‑appropriate diet should be chosen for those groups.

What are the main protein sources in this food and how might the high cereal content affect a cat’s digestion?

Protein comes from meat, tuna, salmon and a small amount of plant‑based protein extract; however, with cereals making up more than half of the formula, cats that are sensitive to grains may experience reduced digestibility compared with grain‑free alternatives.

Does the presence of fish and animal by‑products pose allergy risks for cats, and what feeding guidelines should owners follow?

Fish is listed as an allergen and animal by‑products can trigger sensitivities in some cats; owners should monitor for signs of itching or gastrointestinal upset and, if reactions occur, switch to a limited‑ingredient diet without fish or by‑products.

Product Insights

Multicroquettes au thon et saumon is a dry cat food formulated for non‑sterilised cats, offered in a 2 kg bag. The recipe is dominated by cereals (about 55 % of the mix) and includes meat, fish (tuna and salmon), animal by‑products, vegetable protein, oils and a small proportion of dehydrated vegetables. It is classified as a NOVA 1 product with no added sugars, but the presence of animal by‑products, fish allergens and unknown ingredient origins limit its suitability for cats with sensitivities.
