The Bloc-sel pigeons anise is a mineral salt block designed for pigeons, other poultry and small birds, providing essential calcium, phosphate and sodium from sources such as crushed oyster and sea shells, calcium sulfate, and sea salt. Its high mineral concentration, especially calcium and sodium, supports bone health and electrolyte balance, while the anise aroma encourages consumption. However, the product is very salty, contains insoluble silica grit and an additive (E516), which may lead to excess sodium intake or digestive irritation if overused, and it lacks any protein or energy nutrients.
