Question 1

What specific surfaces, materials, or contexts is this millimetre‑ruled drawing paper safe or unsafe to use on?

Accepted Answer

The paper is safe for dry media such as graphite, pen, pencil, and markers, but it can warp or degrade with heavy wet applications like watercolor or ink washes and should not be used with adhesives that may damage the surface.

Question 2

Is the packaging of this Canson drawing paper recyclable, or are its materials biodegradable?

Accepted Answer

The sheets themselves are made of biodegradable paper, and the outer packaging is typically paperboard, which is recyclable in most municipal programs, although the product does not explicitly label the packaging as recycled.

Question 3

How should this drawing paper be stored to maintain its quality and longevity?

Accepted Answer

Store the sheets flat in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and high humidity; keeping them in a sealed sleeve or drawer helps prevent moisture absorption and warping.
