NasoGel Spray is a 30 ml isotonic nasal gel formulated with sodium chloride, glycerin, aloe vera leaf extract, allantoin, hyaluronic acid and a mild preservative system. The combination of saline, glycerin, aloe and hyaluronic acid helps hydrate and soothe irritated nasal passages, making it useful for dryness, congestion or after nasal procedures, but the presence of benzalkonium chloride and propylene glycol may provoke irritation in individuals with very sensitive mucosa. It is intended for adult use, applied as needed (typically 1–2 sprays per nostril), and should be stored in a cool, dry place; the preservative protects against microbial growth but the product should be discarded after the recommended period once opened.
