Is this cleanser safe for sensitive, acne-prone, or dry skin?

The formula, which includes kaolin clay and oil-absorbing surfactants, works well for oily or acne-prone skin, but the inclusion of PEG-60 glyceryl isostearate, cetyl alcohol and BHT can be irritating for very sensitive or extremely dry skin, so a patch test is advisable.

What is the role of kaolin clay in this face wash?

Kaolin is a fine, absorbent mineral that gently draws out excess sebum and impurities from pores, providing a mild exfoliating effect and a matte finish without harsh scrubbing.

How often should this face wash be used and are there any controversial ingredients?

It is intended for daily use, typically twice a day, but users should be aware that it contains synthetic preservatives such as BHT (E321) and a PEG-based surfactant, which some consumers avoid due to potential irritation concerns.
